EXPERIENCE YOU CAN COUNT ON

Pam Miller was introduced to the world of construction at an early age. Her father was a carpenter and the thought of someone being able to build a structure from a drawing on paper was amazing! The seed was planted, and a lifelong passion for the trade was born.

In 1977, she entered the field of woodworking, moving on from there after a couple of years to join the Carpenter’s Union. There, after the required amount of years of on the job training and hours of classroom training under the supervision and guidelines of the California Department of Industrial Relations, she completed her apprenticeships and obtained journey level status in two trades: Acoustical Installer and Carpenter. After several years in the union working on both commercial and residential construction projects, it was time to start her business.

Alchemy Construction was formed in 1987. The standards we set for ourselves back then still apply today: Honesty, Integrity, and Attention to Detail.
